To rent a vehicle from Prestige Rides, you must meet all applicable legal and rental requirements, including possessing a valid driver’s license and providing any documentation required at the time of rental.

Reservations
All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Prestige Rides.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee that a vehicle has been reserved until Prestige Rides confirms the reservation.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a reservation when reasonably necessary, including when a requested vehicle is unavailable or the renter does not meet applicable rental requirements.
Rental Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for operating rental vehicles safely and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
The renter is responsible for returning the vehicle in the condition required by the applicable rental agreement, excluding ordinary wear and tear.
The renter may be responsible for charges resulting from damage, loss, excessive cleaning, traffic violations, unauthorized use, or other circumstances specified in the applicable rental agreement.
Payments
Rental rates, applicable taxes, deposits, payment requirements, and other charges will be communicated during the reservation process or documented in the applicable rental agreement.
By providing payment information, you authorize Prestige Rides and its applicable payment providers to process authorized charges associated with your reservation and rental agreement.
Specific payment terms may vary depending on the rental and will be provided before or at the time of rental.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation and reservation modification policies may vary depending on the rental and the terms provided at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel or modify a reservation, please contact Prestige Rides as soon as possible.
Any applicable cancellation fees, refund policies, or modification requirements will be communicated as part of the applicable rental agreement or reservation terms.
Vehicle Availability
Prestige Rides makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate vehicle availability information. However, availability may change because of maintenance, prior rental extensions, unforeseen circumstances, or other operational issues.
If the vehicle selected for a confirmed reservation becomes unavailable, Prestige Rides may offer a comparable alternative when reasonably possible or provide other options based on the circumstances of the reservation.
Prohibited Use
Rental vehicles may not be used:
For any unlawful purpose
For racing, speed testing, or similar activities
For off-road driving unless specifically authorized
To transport hazardous or prohibited materials
For towing or hauling beyond the vehicle’s capabilities or without authorization
By any driver who has not been authorized under the applicable rental agreement
In any manner that violates applicable law or the rental agreement
Additional restrictions may apply to specific vehicles or rentals.
Vehicle Care and Return
Renters are responsible for taking reasonable care of the vehicle throughout the rental period and following any instructions provided by Prestige Rides.
The vehicle must be returned according to the location, date, time, condition, and other requirements specified in the applicable rental agreement.
Additional charges may apply when permitted by the rental agreement, including charges related to damage, loss, excessive cleaning, unauthorized use, or other violations of the rental terms.
Website Use
You agree to use the Prestige Rides website only for lawful purposes.
